In the US, data mining automation specialist KXEN has appointed Mattieu Chouard as Senior Vice President, EMEA Field Operations. San Francisco-based KXEN - which has additional offices across the US, as well as in Paris and London - offers analytics solutions to help predict behavior at each stage of the customer lifecycle. The firm also provides tools for lifetime value forecasting, response modeling, and customer acquisition and retention modeling. Chouard joins from Cameleon Software, where he worked as VP of Worldwide Sales. Prior to this, he led portfolio management solutions at Planview and was General Manager for France, Spain and Portugal at Open Text.
