In the US, full-service communications firm Mintz & Hoke has hired Kory Checca as User Experience Architect, working with internal and external customers, strategists and analysts to understand audiences and the mental models they follow.
Avon, Connecticut-based Mintz & Hoke offers a range of services including strategic and media planning, advertising, PR and direct marketing.
Checca joins from investment and insurance group The Hartford, where he served as a User Experience Architect in the Digital Marketing department. Prior to this, he worked in the Business Intelligence department and as a designer and developer of virtual training courses at Travelers Insurance.
In his new role, Checca reports to CEO Chris Knopf who comments: ‘Kory’s expertise expands our ability to anticipate and direct the user experience, with capacity to evolve as needed in the future.’
