Sarah WoodsIn the UK, business performance improvement specialist Grass Roots has appointed Sarah Woods as Research Director in its Measurement team, responsible for mystery shopping, customer and employee satisfaction programmes for key clients.

Herts-based Grass Roots conducts 150,000 mystery shops per annum for clients in the retail, financial, automotive, telecoms and leisure sectors.

For the past eleven years, Woods has worked at National Savings and Investments, most recently as Head of Customer Experience. In her new role based in Grass Roots’ Wendover, Bucks office, she will be in charge of a team of account managers.
