Arbitron has announced two promotions, Jon Miller to Director of Programming Services and Jenny Tsao to the new role of Programming and Marketing Operations Manager. Both will report to SVP of Marketing Bill Rose.
Miller, who was previously an embedded Account Manager at CBS Radio, takes over from Gary Marince as Arbitron’s primary resource for radio programmers, responsible for developing and implementing training, helping design new programming reports and services, and creating audience behavior presentations.
Tsao was formerly a PPM Market Manager, helping radio broadcasters manage the transition to PPM. She will now develop training content to help clients make better use of Arbitron data; work to enhance communication with radio programmers; and assist Marketing Operations with the co-ordination and execution of projects.
