In the UK, former Cegedim data specialist Richard Head has joined pharma agency The Research Partnership as a Director, to further develop its European business. The company has conducted global market research for the pharmaceutical industry for more than 14 years. As well as its London headquarters, it has operations in the US, Singapore and Canada. Head joins from healthcare research firm Cegedim Strategic Data, where as a Director he led a team which conducted large multi-national projects for domestic and global pharma clients. His experience includes both qual and quant, having managed longitudinal patient data studies, large quant tracking studies, and bespoke qual research projects. In his new role, Head will be based in London, where he will work with The Research Partnership’s EU team, led by Senior Director Angela Duffy. Commenting on his appointment, founding Director Mark Jeffery said: ‘Richard is an enthusiastic and proactive individual, who is constantly generating new business ideas and challenging the status quo.
