Vision Critical has appointed Donna Braaten as Chief Technology Officer, based in Vancouver, Canada and responsible for expanding the firm’s range of software offerings. Vision Critical, which has offices across North America, Europe and Australia, develops online market research technology, including the Sparq community panel platform. The firm recently launched a Customer Experience Management (CEM) platform, which automates the collection of data from multiple sources and analyzes it in real time. Braaten joins with more than 25 years’ experience of developing and implementing software applications and teams from an engineering and operational standpoint. Previously, she was the COO/WW SVP for SAP’s Technology Development Division, and before that she held senior roles at Business Objects, Crystal Decisions and Intel Corporation.
