In Germany, usability research specialist nurago has appointed Ruth Japp as Senior Consultant, Product Management, tasked with further development of its services. nurago, which is part-owned by GfK, supplies technology for digital brand, media and usability research, via a combination of monitoring procedures and traditional research methods. The firm has offices in Hanover, Hamburg, Munich, Berlin, London and Los Angeles, and employs around 60 staff. Japp joins from multimedia agency Axel Springer, where she held several senior account management, business development and product development roles. Prior to this, she served in the Sales & Account Service team at electronic media specialist Gruner + Jahr EMS.
