Panel and data collection firm Research Now has appointed Madhu Rajendran as Vice President of Operations, based in its headquarters in Plano, Texas and overseeing the firm’s Enterprise and Healthcare client services groups for the Americas. Rajendran worked previously as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, and before this he spent six years at i2 technologies in product marketing and services roles, also leading the development of an India-based client service organization. In his new role, he reports to Senior Vice President of Global Operations John Tan, who comments, ‘Madhu will play a fundamental role in providing operational and hands-on leadership for the Client Services team, developing sound client and project specific strategies and talent management.’ Research Now boasts over 6 million panellists in 38 countries worldwide, with 24 offices, and is online at www.researchnow.com .
