In the US, customer intelligence software firm Causata has appointed enterprise software business veteran Paul Wahl as its new CEO, replacing founder Paul Phillips, who has now taken on the role of COO.
Causata’s software captures digital behavioral data to integrate real-time customer intelligence into existing systems. Wahl joins from Siebel Systems, where he served as President and COO, prior to which he was CEO of SAP America. Earlier in his career, he was VP of Marketing at Nixdorf Computer AG. More recently, he has been an active board member of QlikTech Inc, which went public in 2010.
