Anne Wagner and Richard VogtIn New York, Anne Wagner and Richard Vogt have joined global media research agency Ipsos Mendelsohn in newly-created roles as VPs Business Development.

Wagner joins from Mediamark Research & Intelligence (MRI), where she served as Senior National Accounts Manager for the past 11 years. Her more than 20 years in the industry includes advertising account management at American Demographics and National Audubon Society. In her new role, she will be working with agencies and advertisers in a business development capacity.

Vogt was previously VP/Advertising Research at TV Guide, where his responsibilities included managing all research needs for the magazine and companion web site, and servicing the needs of advertiser sales, corporate, editorial, marketing, circulation and public relations. His 30+ years in the industry include similar research management roles at Bates USA, Seltel, McCann-Erickson, Carsey-Werner and ABC Television Network. Vogt’s main focus at Ipsos Mendelsohn will be business development in the TV, mobile phones and desktops/laptops categories.

Ipsos North America concluded the acquisition of Monroe Mendelsohn Research (MMR) in May, to form Ipsos Mendelsohn.
