Full service agency Mindwave Research has appointed Tonya Parsons as Vice President, in charge of its research development and marketing efforts.

Parsons has more than 20 years’ experience leading global research programs. Most recently she worked as Market Research Analyst at foreign exchange firm Travelex. Prior to this, she spent seven years as Senior Research Analyst at Hewlett-Packard, and 13 years as a Director with IntelliQuest (now Millward Brown).

In her new role, Parsons will report to CEO and President Jonathan Hilland and her main responsibility will be to deliver programs for measuring advertising impact; tracking response to/demand for emerging trends; and in-house recruiting for qualitative initiatives.

Hilland commented on the new appointment: ‘As a former research client and supplier, Tonya brings a wealth of experience and perspective that will strengthen our ability to take the best and most relevant solutions to market.’
