Dawn IacobucciIn the US, customer satisfaction and quantitative psychological research specialist Dawn Iacobucci has been promoted to the post of Associate Dean for faculty development at the Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management.

Iacobucci, the E. Bronson Ingram Professor Marketing, is the author of more than 50 papers and books, including ‘Marketing Research: Methological Foundatings’, and her forthcoming textbook ‘Marketing Management’. She has also consulted extensively for several top US-based companies.

Prior to joining Owen, Iacobucci was a Professor in Marketing at Wharton, Kellogg, and the University of Arizona. She has also taught at Instituto Superior de Economica e Gestão, Lisbon, Portugal; Luiss Guido Carli Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali, Rome; University of Maastricht, The Netherlands; Stockholm School of Economics, and others. She has an MA and PhD in Quantitative Psychology, and an MS in Statistics.

Her current research includes quantitative psychological research, models of measurement (such as reliability, international customer perceptions of value), and structure (mediation analyses, and networks).

In her new role, she will have responsibility for all faculty evaluation, promotion and tenure recommendations and will closely collaborate with directors of the school's degree programs on curriculum development.
