Senior Hire for InsightsNow

Product and behavioral research specialist InsightsNow has appointed Dawn Cranga as Senior Research Director.

The firm is headquartered in Corvallis, OR, USA, and offers custom, collaborative solutions and proprietary behavioral frameworks to help clients make marketing, branding and product development decisions. In January it appointed Michael Clark as Senior Director of Client Partnerships.

Cranga brings more than 25 years of experience in translating consumer insights into impactful product development. She joins from sensory science company International Flavors and Fragrances, where she spent nearly a decade, latterly as a Global Consumer Insights Lead, and before that was VP of Operations at CPG insights firm Curion.
