Williams Named MMR 'Head of Agile'

In Oxford, UK, FMCG specialist MMR Research Worldwide has promoted Simon Williams to the role of 'Head of Agile', with a remit to drive innovation in consumer and sensory research.

Simon WilliamsMMR works with clients in the food, drink and personal care sectors, and as well as the UK has offices in South Africa, the USA, China and India; along with Sensory Science Centres in Shanghai, Singapore and New York. At the end of last year the firm expanded its suite of 'Express' research tools with the addition of 'Accelerator', designed to fast track the early stages of pack and product development.

Williams (pictured) joined in 2011 as a Director, after more than four years at Frank Research where he was Director of Quant Research. Prior to this he spent nearly nine years at Nielsen, in roles including Unilever Account Director and Advanced Panel Consultant.

Commenting on his new position, Williams said: 'We understand that our clients need flexibility, which is why we've created a suite of tools designed to adapt to the individual requirements of each client, giving them the answers they really need.
