In the UK, market and employee research firm ORC International has appointed Keith McGowan as Associate Director in its Customer Strategy team.
Infogroup-owned ORC International offers employee engagement research and consulting services to public and private sector organisations in the UK and internationally.
The firm is headquartered in London, with additional offices in Manchester and Edinburgh.
McGowan joins the London office with more than six years’ market research experience gained at TNS and Jones Donald Strategy Partners in Australia. He also gained an understanding of customer experience through managing a continuous research program for one of Australia’s leading banks.
In his new role, McGowan’s main responsibilities will be supervising a large continuous customer experience programme for a national hotel and restaurant chain.
