ORC Acquisition Complete

Database firm infoUSA has completed its acquisition of Opinion Research Corporation on schedule, with Opinion Research shareholders approving the sale at a meeting on Monday.

The research company will remain headquartered in Princeton, NJ and will continue to operate independently as part of infoUSA. infoUSA Founder, Chairman, and CEO, Vin Gupta stresses the common aims of market research and database marketing and says the merger will provide cross-selling opportunities.
