In the US, full service MR agency Digital Research Inc. has promoted Jane Mount to President of Digital Research, and Stephanie Fraone to the post of Associate Research Director. Founded in 1992, the company specializes in new media research techniques including online communities and panels. Last year I t launched a community platform called Waggle Omnibus, for use in online qual. Mount (pictured) joined the firm in 2000, having previously led the custom marketing research function at supermarket group Hannaford Bros. Prior to this, she was a Research Director at Philips Lighting, and spent 12 years in senior research roles at Kraft/Nabisco. In her new role, Mount will manage all the company’s day-to-day operations, having previously served as EVP and Director, Research Services. Fraone, who previously worked as Senior Research Associate, now oversees a variety of global research studies such as web site evaluations, customer satisfaction studies, market segmentation and shopper insights studies.
