Omnibus Service Taps Online Communities

US provider Digital Research Inc (DRI) has introduced a community platform called Waggle Omnibus, for use in online qualitative research.

Jane MountFounded in 1992, DRI specialises in new media research techniques, with a long history of managing online panels and communities. Its new Waggle Omnibus service enables clients to tap into one of the firm's communities for exclusive use on a weekly basis.

Respondents for each Waggle Omnibus will be recruited with a particular focus. For instance, the Waggle Travel Omnibus will feature a community of travelers who are recruited to offer insight on their travel experiences and future travel plans, while the Waggle Grocery Omnibus will offer the views of grocery shoppers.
