In the US, research software and EFM provider Vovici has named Rick Rolandi as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), responsible for overseeing the firm’s financial strategy including capital structuring and profit improvement. He joins with more than 30 years of experience, most recently gained as CFO of data migration software firm Softek Storage Solutions. Before this, Rolandi served as CFO of DataDirect Technologies, Landmark Systems, and Data Measurement Corporation. He has a BA in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from Harvard University. ‘Rick has a unique combination of experience leading financial teams at both publicly traded firms and emerging IT companies, and is poised to strategically manage our investments here at Vovici, commented Chairman and CEO Dean Wiltse. Vovici, which was formed from the merger of Perseus and WebSurveyor last April, provides online survey software, online community creation, panel management, analysis and reporting, and research services.
