Research software and EFM provider Vovici is helping companies launch their own community panels and web sites through its new Vovici Community Builder; designed to gather in-depth feedback on customer sentiment, satisfaction and loyalty.
The new tool attaches to the firm’s EFM (Enterprise Feedback Management) Community product to enable firms to build their own community pages, either as a standalone or as an extension of their existing community sites. Screens are fully customizable so they can be branded to look and feel like part of an enterprise's existing marketing efforts.
To make the system more engaging, collaborative tools such as forums, suggestions boxes and knowledge bases are included, and companies can also use rich media – videos, flash, images and sound – to encourage participation.
