Frank ForkinIn the US, Harris Interactive has appointed former JD Power executive Frank Forkin as President, Client Services North America, to drive sales, marketing, client services and research and oversee the client services organization in the US and Canada.

Forkin was SVP and Partner at JD Power and Associates for more than ten years, and was responsible for overseeing the firm’s client relationships across many industries. Before this, he was SVP of the RDA Group, where his focus was business development, research, strategic design and consulting. Forkin holds an MSc in Applied Statistics from Louisiana State University and a BSc in Geology from Central Michigan University.

In his new role, he reports to President and CEO Kimberly Till who comments: ‘Frank is a highly regarded market research leader with demonstrated ability to launch and build successful businesses. I am confident that his business building skills and deep knowledge of syndicated market research will help broaden our revenue base and deliver bottom line results.’

This is the latest in a raft of senior appointments made since Till joined the firm last October. These include: Robert Cox, EVP, CFO and Treasurer; Robert Salvoni, UK and European MD; Richard Scionti, Global Chief Technology Officer; Berkeley Scott, SVP of Global Accounts & Business Development; Marc Levin, SVP and General Counsel; and Stefan Schmelcher, President of the Global Loyalty Solutions practice.

Last month, the firm reported a 30.4% fall in Q3 revenue and revamped its credit agreement, while Non-Employee Directors took a pay cut.
