Swallen Becomes CRO of Kantar Media Intelligence
Jon Swallen has been promoted to the position of Chief Research Officer of Kantar Media Intelligence North America, in which he will lead the development of measurement methods for online video, social media and mobile advertising, while also spearheading data integration programs.
Prior to joining what was then TNS Media Intelligence in 2004, Swallen (pictured) worked in the ad agency sector as SVP, Director of Media Knowledge at Universal McCann for three years, and SVP, Director of Media Research at Ogilvy & Mather for twelve years.
North America CEO Terry Kent says Swallen has 'an unparalleled ability' to see where the industry is heading, based on what is happening today, and adds: 'It is this vision that is as important to our clients as the quality and integrity of the data that Jon is committed to producing.'
