Paris Buy for UX Insights Provider UserZoom

US-based digital UX insights firm UserZoom has acquired its French opposite number Testapic, expanding its footprint in the European market.

Just six weeks ago UserZoom received an unspecified amount of strategic growth funding from investment firm Thoma Bravo, the owner of CX management firm Medallia, valuing UserZoom at $800m. Its previous acquisitions included research tech company YouEye, NYC-based user research tech company Validately and 'experience insights hub' EnjoyHQ.

Testapic uses a proprietary target sourcing system to recruit study participants across Europe and worldwide, helping client firms grow and mature their experience capabilities based on tailored feedback. Combining these with UserZoom's testing and benchmarking solutions will create a powerful UX Insights System, the firms say, including high-quality research, smart participant sourcing and global expertise.
