Bolt Insight Hires Head of North America
Former P&G and Johnson & Johnson researcher Eric Dolan has joined Bolt Insight as Head of North America.
The BoltChatAI qual platform uses AI to moderate real-time conversations, and features smart and dynamic probing, stimulus upload, multilingual capabilities, and two features added a month ago, Dynamic Persons and Meta-Analysis. Uses range from ad and concept testing to understanding of customer needs and price optimization.
Dolan (pictured) joins with more than fifteen years' experience, most recently from personal care products firm Kenvue, and includes driving digital transformation efforts and implementing cross-functional collaboration models between insights, R&D and commercial teams. He worked agency side at firms including Forrester and brandIQ, before joining P&G in 2011 as an Associate Manager, Analytics and Insights. In 2015 he moved to Johnson & Johnson where he rose to Director, Consumer & Business Intelligence for Global eCommerce during a seven-year stay.
In his new role he will lead the North American business with a focus on expanding adoption of Bolt's solutions across the region.
