Senior Compliance and Legal Appointments for Intentsify
Intentsify has appointed Joe Procaccini as Chief Information Security Officer and Robyn Tas as General Counsel and Data Privacy Officer, strengthening its leadership in security, compliance and legal strategy as it expands its data solutions and footprint, adding 'increasingly complex' enterprise deals.
Intentsify provides B2B organizations with detailed buyer-intent intelligence, together with solutions to act on that intelligence via customized advertising and lead generation programs. The firm acquired identity graph and self-correcting dataset provides Five by Five in 2024, and data validation and B2B contact database firm Salutary Data early in 2026; and recently announced partnerships with LiveRamp and Environics Analytics, aiding its expansion into the Canadian and other markets.
Tas (pictured above) brings more than fifteen years of in-house legal experience, helping technology-driven organizations bring complex, data-intensive services to market in highly regulated environments; and structuring and negotiating sophisticated technology partnerships and agreements. She has built and operationalized privacy and AI governance frameworks across venture-backed and public companies, most recently as Lead Counsel at Rakuten Advertising, and previously as General Counsel at BritePool and BIGtoken.
Procaccini (pictured below) joined the company in 2023, and has more than twenty years of experience in IT management, risk management and data security, having led large-scale technology initiatives spanning IT infrastructure, data analytics and compliance. Prior to joining Intentsify, he spent ten years in IT Project Manager and IT Director roles at Hancock Natural Resource Group and Cerulli Associates. In his new and expanded role, he leads the security strategies and programs that protect the company's data and infrastructure as it scales.
CEO and co-founder Marc Laplante comments: 'Having leaders of Joe and Robyn's caliber at this stage is a deliberate signal about how we want to operate. Security, privacy, and legal strategy aren't overhead, they're part of how we earn trust with customers and partners every day.'
