US-based B2B intent data and GTM solutions provider Intentsify has acquired Salutary Data, which provides 'highly curated' contacts and company intelligence.
Intentsify, which in 2025 posted 21% overall revenue growth and 50% growth in its data solutions business, helps B2B marketers drive measurable outcomes through intent-driven strategies. It also operates 5x5, which offers a member-driven data ecosystem helping organizations to acquire, validate and monetize data, backed by a member-driven ID Graph model. Salutary Data prides itself on 'rigorous data validation processes and comprehensive coverage of U.S. based B2B contacts.'
According to the acquiring firm, integrating this data output will give both Intentsify and 5x5 customers improved identity resolution, richer account and contact profiles, and more reliable activation across advertising, sales, and marketing workflows. The buy further expands its unified data ecosystem, 'bridging the gap between intent signals and verified human identity', according to Intentsify; and underscores its continued investment in data innovation. 'Our vision is to build the strongest possible engine for B2B growth, and that requires moving beyond the industry's status quo,' states co-founder and CEO Marc Laplante.
Scott Gordon, CEO of Salutary Data, adds: 'Joining the Intentsify portfolio is a massive win for our team and, more importantly, for the B2B organizations we serve. Our mission has always been to provide the cleanest, most reliable data available; by becoming a core part of this broader intelligence ecosystem, we are accelerating our ability to deliver that at an unprecedented scale. This acquisition allows us to fuel a more powerful, unified growth engine, ensuring that go-to-market teams finally have access to the most actionable and intelligent data on the market today.' 5x5 CEO Nick Weldon says the teams have worked together 'for years,' and provides a perfect match for the new parent's 'innovative DNA.'
