Alchemer Debuts Feedback and Intell Platform Iris
Alchemer has launched Iris, an AI-native customer feedback and intelligence platform combining data from surveys, reviews, reputation management and other customer listening channels.
Founded in 2006 as SurveyGizmo, Alchemer is a KKR portfolio company and provides survey, workflow, audience, communication and analysis tools, integrated into common business systems across the enterprise. Since 2024 it has also offered full service research.
Iris taps into the company's two decades of CX and market research expertise and millions of customer responses, adding purpose-built AI for probing, reporting and recommendations / action. The tool can respond to reviews, trigger follow-ups, surface insights and move work into the systems teams already use, all guided and signed off by humans.
Alchemer launched its original AI capability, Pulse, in 2024, and has since added to it on a quarterly basis, with tools including Spark, AI Highlights, Predictive Analytics, Automated Survey Follow-Up and AI Auto-Responder. Iris brings these capabilities together in a unified AI-native architecture governed by human decision-making. The tool features conversational navigation; an AI Survey Builder requiring users only to describe what they want to learn; an AI Removal Assistant for reviews it considers may violate Google content policies; and action and workflow automation linking findings into existing workflows and systems for rapid action.
Alchemer CEO Martin Mrugal (pictured) states: 'The organizations that win won't be the ones with the most feedback or the best dashboards; they'll be the ones that shorten the distance between hearing something and doing something about it. We built Iris to help organizations move from signal to action faster. Our purpose-built AI asks the next question, brings the answers into focus and can act on what it finds. Customers still decide what matters; Iris gets them there sooner.'
General availability begins in Q4 and will expand across customer segments. Web site: www.alchemer.com .
