Craig StrudleyIn the UK, The Oxford Research Agency (TORA) has appointed Craig Strudley as an Associate Director in its Customer Experience division.

TORA works in FMCG markets and on customer experience research, using quant and qual methodologies to help companies launch new products. Its Customer Experience division specialises in enabling clients in the retail, transport, social and education sectors to measure customer satisfaction and drive improvement of the customer experience.

Strudley joins with more than 15 years’ market research experience. Most recently, he worked as an AD at Buckingham Research Associates, prior to which he was a Managing Consultant at TNS, an AD at GfK Marketing Services, and an Account Manager at IRI.

‘Market research has to do more than simply present a set of data - we have to recommend practical courses of action too,’ stated UK MD Andrew Tharme. ‘Craig has that understanding, and brings new skills to us too.’
