Brand Potential
July 2 2010

Corrine Hopwood and Ev HegiUK-based consultancy Brand Potential has appointed Corrine Hopwood as Director of Brand Strategy and Innovation and Ev Hegi as Design Director.

Brand Potential was launched earlier in the year by Chris Molloy, Mary Say and Tom Lovett, who were previously Head of Insight, MD and Commercial Director respectively at brand agency 1HQ.

Their firm’s services span insight, positioning, innovation and delivery to provide creative ideas and insight for what it calls ‘Accelerator’ brands – or, according to Say, ‘brands that are in a hurry to make a mark’.

Hopwood joins with 15 years’ client-side innovation and marketing experience. Most recently she was Tata Global Beverages Global Director of Innovation at Tetley, prior to which, she served as Senior Marketing Innovation Manager at Rank Hovis McDougal, Global NPD Beverages Manager at Unilever, and Product Development Consumer Research Manager at Coca-Cola’s Global Innovation Centre.

Hegi previously held roles with FutureBrand and Landor Australia, and was Creative Director at Minale Tattersfield.

The Windsor-based company is online at www.brand-potential.co.uk .
