Global research and technology firm Vision Critical has appointed Van Guerra as Vice President, Global Panel Recruitment. Vision Critical has around 450 employees, based in offices in Toronto, New York, London, Paris and Sydney, and plans to set up operations in Asia and Latin America in the near future. Guerra joins from online sampling and data collection company Research Now, where for the past three years, he managed recruitment for five countries in North and Latin America. Prior to this, he worked in the online marketing sector. He is an IT engineer by training.
