In the US, healthcare research consultancy Double Helix has expanded both its qual and quant custom research teams with four appointments.

Established in 1995, Double Helix is an independent consultancy with headquarters in London and offices in the US.

Karin Galloway joins with more than 22 years’ marketing, sales, business development and market research experience in the healthcare, investment banking and trade show / exhibition sectors.

Most recently, she worked as a Market Research Consultant & Project Manager at healthcare research specialist Brintnall & Nicolini, where she was involved in the recruitment of healthcare professionals and moderated interviews in person, over the phone and via the Internet.

Nicole Alunni becomes a Senior Project Manager, having previously worked at Genactis, The Research Partnership, M/A/R/C Research, Gongos Research and GlaxoSmithKline. During her career, she has worked on projects in multiple therapeutic areas, and utilized a variety of methodologies and techniques.

For the past nine years, Kristi Strembicki served as Senior Manager, Field & Recruitment Services at Genactis. In her new role as Senior Field Manager, she will help to expand the Field Operations Group through increased client demand for both qual and quant research.

Gabriella Palumbo also joins from Genactis, where she gained a broad range of experience in awareness, trial and usage studies (ATUs), market opportunity assessment, exploratory research designs, positioning studies, target product profile testing, and pricing research.

In her new role as Project Manager, she will manage all aspects of multiple domestic and global primary market research projects.
