Double Helix Relocates and Grows Team

Healthcare research consultancy Double Helix has moved its UK headquarters to new purpose-designed offices in Baker Street, London. Meanwhile Rebekah Turner joins the firm's MR Team as Research Manager and Natalie Champness and Ben Shankland join the Consulting Team as Project Managers.

From left: Rebekah Turner, Ben Shankland & Natalie ChampnessTurner has more than 6 years' experience of pharma market research, having previously worked for both Martin Hamblin in London and Adelphi in Manchester. Her previous roles have involved managing both qual and quant projects across a wide spectrum of methodologies and therapy areas, and she has a particular interest in exploratory market understanding as well as positioning studies.

Champness is an experienced healthcare research specialist, having worked on both qual and quant projects at IMS Health, Synovate and, most recently, at PSL Research.

Shankland joins from Global Insight where he provided consultancy and competitive intelligence services on issues including pharma pricing, intellectual property and corporate strategy. He has particular expertise in sourcing and interpreting complex pricing, commercial and clinical data and has worked on trends in drug reimbursement in markets such as Japan and China.

Commenting on the latest developments, CEO Dr Wayne Phillips said: 'This is all part of consolidating our ongoing expansion and strategic development, and brings together under one roof the expanded core market research business, consultancy and the recently launched market access facility.'
