Sarah James, Laura Fitch, Roseann Smith and Victoria HendersonIn the UK, consumer research specialist rdsi has promoted four of its employees: Sarah James to Associate Director, Laura Fitch and Roseann Smith to Research Director, and Victoria Henderson to Senior Research Executive.

Founded in 1984, rdsi’s principal areas of business are healthcare, food and drink, finance, telecoms and retail.

James is a fashion and retail specialist, with experience across a number of methodologies including brand and store development, advertising, merchandising and POS. She joined the firm’s Leeds office in September 2006.

Food and drinks specialist Fitch joined rdsi as a new graduate in 2003. After two years as an SRE, she took a brief sabbatical, before returning to take up a temporary role with Hallmark. In 2007, she re-joined rdsi in Leeds as a Research Manager working primarily in the FMCG, retail, finance and media sectors. In addition, she runs the firm’s Gatekeeper Mum syndicated programme.

Smith has been with the firm since 2009, prior to which she was a Category Insight Manager at Asda, and spent two years at Quastor as Research Manager. With a background across the retail, FMCG and health and beauty sectors, Smith also has experience in quant analysis and methods such as conjoint, gap analysis and large-scale segmentation studies.

Henderson began her market research career with Principles Agency in Leeds, before joining rdsi 18 months ago. As a qual researcher working on both UK and international projects, she works primarily in the FMCG, retail and food/beverage sectors.
