PLAY specialises in grocery research and shopper research in the broader retail sector. Within grocery we conduct many product tests and sensory research projects, as well as concept tests (testing new ideas and prototypes) and packaging research (using 3D shelf simulations, eye tracking and other methods). We also manage many projects in the retail sector, helping companies understand who their shoppers are.
