Established in 1980, Grass Roots UK is the founding company of a group with offices and partners operating in 15 countries around the world. For over 30 years we have been using proven techniques, such as mystery shopping and surveys, to measure customer and employee satisfaction and identify those areas your customers want you to improve on. We conduct 150K mystery shops, 2M surveys and 55M IVR calls per annum.
