We have been providing fieldwork services and particularly CATI, tele-depth and recruitment services for 22 years. In that time we have carried out studies across most countries and all sectors. Many of our interviewers have 10+ years of experience. We do not sub contract or use home based workers. All projects are managed closely by our experienced supervisors. We specialise in providing top quality quantitative & qualitative telephone interviewing and related services for the purposes of both Marketing & Social research. We have contributed fieldwork for literally hundreds of major studies, both in the UK and globally, we are able to demonstrate a broad range of experience across a variety of market sectors and study types. We operate strictly under the Codes of Practice laid down by both The Market Research Society and ESOMAR, and in compliance with the Data Protection Act, Telephone Preference Service (TPS) and Office of Fair Trading guidelines. Our commitment to developing and maintaining the highest levels of competency through effective Training & Development was recognised by full IIP accreditation for the last 12 years.
