Digital Marketer Sets Up Travel Analytics Firm

December 23 2014

In the US, digital data marketer Peter Brooke has set up a new firm called Travel Tech Strategies, to help clients in the sector mine their existing big data to uncover trends in customer behavior, demographics and social media relationships.

Peter BrookeBrooke (pictured) has more than thirteen years' online marketing experience, and is also a web statistics and trends analysis specialist. He has been running his own full service digital agency Blue Interactive since 2007, prior to which he was a Financial Analyst at Citrix, a Business Analyst at MCI Worldcom, and an analyst at Strategic Asset Management Solutions, Diageo, Waterstone's Bookstores, and Scottish Equitable.

Based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, the new firm will help clients collect, manage and analyze large volumes of data, to uncover hidden patterns, market trends, customer preferences and other business information. In addition, the company can automate pricing and other control decisions in hotel room sales by applying analytics to competitor hotel fares and analyzing historic domestic and international fares, competitor hotel behavior, seasonal data and overall market opportunity data.

Brooke comments: 'With Travel Tech Strategies, I am truly able to package the best I have to offer - expertise in the travel industry and its trends, critical yet creative data analysis and access to cutting edge technologies. Most importantly, I've been able to combine this expertise to ultimately deliver cost savings and return on investment for my clients and more satisfied end users.'
