Chute Launches Visual Insights Tool for Social Media

US company Chute has launched a new solution allowing companies to tap into a real-time stream of consumer photos and videos shared on Twitter and Instagram, to uncover insights about their customers, brand and competitors.

Ranvir Gujral and Gregarious NarainFounded in 2011 by Ranvir Gujral and Gregarious Narain, Chute helps brands and publishers 'tell better stories' using visual media, by finding and organising fan photos and videos at a range of customer touch points, then getting consent and publishing them.

The new Chute Insights tool gives companies the ability to track key influencer content, and filter the view to examine sentiment, purchase intent, geography and emerging trends. Marketers can view the conversations consumers are having about their brand across text, fan-created pictures and other visual media, and develop appropriate content and messages.
