New Office for San Jose Mystery Shopper Jancyn

Mystery shopping firm Jancyn has relocated to new office space in San Jose, California, as part of its ongoing growth and expansion plans.

Founded in 1981, Jancyn specializes in customer satisfaction and performance evaluation feedback programs, to help clients understand how customers see their company and perceive their brand. The firm has access to a pool of more than 80,000 shoppers.

The new HQ is in the Willow Glen Town Square building. Vicki Dempsey (pictured), VP of Sales and Marketing, comments: 'While the majority of our business can be done in the virtual space of the Internet, our new office headquarters means we are more prepared than ever to accommodate the needs of our clients. We continue to upgrade new software systems and in turn offer more services'.
