Qire Launches Automated Survey Service

May 26 2009

In the UK, interactive voice messaging specialist Qire has launched an automated telephone-based research solution which allows instant surveys to be carried out with large contact databases.

The new service asks callers a series of pre-defined questions and also allows participants to leave recorded comments if clients require additional information. According to the firm, this combination of structured questions and free speech helps to ensure 'richer, more valuable feedback'.

Developed in-house using interactive voice messaging (IVM) technology, the system can be used for a wide range of survey requirements including customer feedback, brand awareness and perceptions surveys.

It can also be integrated into contact centres to poll customers on the quality of service received and to help optimise customer service and proactively address any issues. Results are reported online in real time.

CEO Guy Cooper commented: 'Traditional telephone-based market research projects with live agents can often be very difficult to set up and administer. Using our new service market researchers are able to automate many of the processes previously done manually and get the results in an instant. This saves greatly on time and costs and the results can be used immediately.'

Liverpool-based Qire is online at www.qire.co.uk .
