Travel Services Firm to Open Michigan Call Center

US travel services firm Morley Companies Inc is planning to open a call center in Saganaw, Michigan to provide data collection and market research, along with other outward bound services.

The new 32,750-square-foot operation will employ up to 350 staff who will earn c$50k p.a. in their new roles.

'We're excited about bringing in this many jobs to Saginaw and Saginaw Township,' commented VP and CFO Richard Mott. 'This is going to be a significant project for the community.'

Morley offers a range of services to the travel industry including customer satisfaction research design and data mining and analysis, process management, event production, data management and performance improvement services.

The firm is able to collect data simultaneously from multiple sources using CATI and CAPI tools. It also conducts web-based and paper-based surveys, provides coding and reporting, and offers face-to-face collection methodologies.
