Eye Care Research Portal Launched

Eye care specialist Bausch & Lomb has announced the launch of the Center for Patient Insights, a source for 'unbiased industry information, trends, market research, and insights for eye care professionals across the US'.

The firm says the Center's main goal is to deliver news and insights that help eye care professionals better understand their patients, their industry and the information and opportunities available to them. Using a variety of channels, based around an interactive portal at www.centerforpatientinsights.com , it will publish data gathered from patient and consumer research it commissions with providers such as HPR and Gallup.

The portal is set for launch in the next few weeks and will provide eye care professionals with brief 'PatientPoints' summarizing industry trends and research on patient attitudes and beliefs, as well as insights on how this data can be used to positively impact their practices: both can be downloaded from the site.
