panelbiz Hires MD while CEO Broadens Horizons

In Germany, Miriam Keilbach has joined online panel firm panelbiz as Managing Director, while the firm's CEO Oliver Weyergraf has taken on the additional role of CEO of online rental marketplace Erento.

Keilbach joined the firm from Mobile International in June, having previously worked as a Manager at eBay. In her new position, she will lead the firm's sales and business development activities.

Weyergraf joined panelbiz in 2007, before which, he was Director of Trust & Safety at eBay. Prior to this, he held a senior management position at publisher Georg von Holtzbrinck, worked as a Principal Consultant at PriceWaterhouseCooper, and served as Marketing and PR Coordinator at Warner Bros.

Commenting on Keilbach's appointment, Weyergraf said: 'Miriam is a very experienced and competent leader. I am very pleased we are working together again after our successful time at eBay Germany.'

Berlin-based panelbiz was founded in 2005, and now operates an online panel of more than 250,000 German speakers, and a pool of specialist panels for 'silver surfers' and for the B2B segment.
