Research process outsourcing firm Pulse has rolled out the beta version of its mobile and IVR (Interactive Voice Response) research solutions, to provide a multi-mode data collection service across Asia.
The new offering will add to its online research panel and VoIP (Voice over IP) CATI centre capabilities in the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions.
It has been designed to provide clients with a suite of services to reach as many consumers as possible, including diverse psychographic groups, in both growing and mature markets, the firm says.
‘IVR is relatively new for research in Asia,’ CEO Bob Chua commented. ‘And the mobile research option will enable us to reach consumers in the world’s most mobile-connected region, while also leveraging our online panels where relevant.’
Pulse Group is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and has regional offices in New York, London, Sydney and New Delhi.
