Attensity Launches Verbatim Analysis Solution

US data analysis specialist Attensity has unveiled a new solution to enable government agencies and departments within large organizations to measure, chart and understand customer sentiment expressed in feedback from surveys.

The firm says its new Attensity Survey Advantage tool uses semantic analytics to help market researchers to 'more quickly' process the answers to open-ended survey questions.

In addition, clients will be able to share their experiences of using the solution in Attensity's new 'Voice of the Customer Exchange' networking forum.

'This intelligence solution is perfect for companies that desire to improve their understanding of customer sentiment and the issues facing their customers,' stated Craig Norris, General Manager of Attensity Americas.
