Full service firm Majestic Market Research Support Services (MMRSS) has expanded with the opening of an office in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Headquartered in Mumbai, the firm also has additional operations across India, as well as in Bangladesh, China, Sri Lanka, Thailand, UAE and Vietnam.

Co-founder and President Raj Sharma comments: ‘Indonesia's ethnically, linguistically and religiously diverse consumer base proves challenging to most marketers, which is where MMRSS intends to make a difference.’

The firm currently employs 20 people in the Jakarta office, led by Executive Director – Operations, Teju Harjono, who comments: ‘I hope to catalyze the growth of the Indonesian operations and work closely with my colleagues in other APAC offices across the region.’

MMRSS, which was launched in 1992, works with ad agencies, and a diverse range of other clients including those in the FMCG/CPG, retail, automotive, healthcare, telecom and pharmaceutical sectors.
