Vovici and Omega Team Up

Customer loyalty specialists Omega Management Group and Vovici have announced a partnership for marketing and the integration of their EFM and CEM solutions.

Omega are specialists in developing and implementing Customer Experience Management (CEM) strategies, while Vovici focuses on enterprise feedback management (EFM) solutions and survey software. The partnership aims to help clients maximize ongoing customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty, leveraging advanced technology to gather and analyze customer data for better business decision making.

The companies will co-operate on web-based marketing, visibility at industry events, and other programs to develop new sales opportunities and target each other's customer bases, to promote products and services such as Omega's CEM Playbook Strategy™ and Vovici's online communities and CRM integration.
