MS&L Claims New Approach to Healthcare Consulting

In the US, communications firm Manning Selvage & Lee (MS&L) has launched a new approach, which combines proprietary healthcare consulting tools with a team of senior advisors in healthcare, and other key areas.

MaryEllen O'DonohueDubbed 'Breaking the Code', this new approach includes a diagnostic tool, which has already been used with several pharmaceutical brands to audit and isolate potential business problems and uncover solutions.

The 'Code Breakers' - MS&L's new team - includes specialists in the traditional areas of healthcare, as well as in advocacy, government affairs, corporate health, cause marketing, social media, mobile communications and marketing and research/insights.

Among the Code Breakers is Allyson Clarke, who heads the firm's Research and Insight Creation team. This works with tools including IM, MS&L's influencer mapping process, which allows Clarke's team to identify the top influencers for both consumers and physicians.

Other Code Breakers include Nancy Glick, who has just joined as SVP and Head of the Washington, DC Health and Nutrition Affairs practice; Holly Feraci, who has recently joined as VP, Government Affairs; Peter Harris, Corporate Practice Director in North America; Scott Beaudoin, Director of Cause Marketing; and Webster Lewin, Director of Digital Innovation and Strategy.
