AlertSite Integrates Google Analytics

US web performance management firm AlertSite has launched a dashboard which combines its own metrics with Google Analytics traffic analysis, to enable users to understand how consumer behaviour influences the performance of their web sites.

Through AlertSite's Monitoring Suite, the dashboard overlays analytical and performance data, providing insight into how traffic influences performance, and how performance impacts consumer behaviour online.

Users first enter their Google Analytics logon into the Monitoring Suite's control panel, and then click a drop-down menu to select and extract traffic data from their Google log files. From this, traffic and performance data is overlaid on the screen, enabling users to compare Google Analytics parameters such as page views, visitors, average time on page, and average session time.

In addition, the company's DéjąClick too can be used to record, measure and monitor detailed web performance metrics including URLs, text, images, HTML, JavaScript and more.
