New North American MD for GfK

GfK Custom Research North America has announced the appointment of Kimberly Bastoni as Group MD for Marketing, Business Development, and Global Key Account Management.

Kimberly BastoniBastoni, who started in the role last month and is based in the Chelsea Market Office, will be responsible for all aspects of GfK's corporate marketing operations, including brand marketing, customer intelligence, corporate communications, market development and global key accounts.

She joins from TNS, where she served as a Senior Vice President and Head of U.S. Custom Marketing and Development, and before this was SVP of Client and Market Development for Millward Brown, building the WPP company's business development division.

COO Debra Pruent, a member of the GfK Group Management Board, comments: 'Kimberly brings an extensive background in business development management and marketing to our organization.
